On 28-30th September 18th ERNA General Meeting was held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. ERNA (European Red Cross and Red Crescent Network on HIV, AIDS and Tuberculosis) co-ordinates the sharing of experience, the transfer of best practice and the promotion of collaborative Red Cross and Red Crescent efforts in the European region on HIV, AIDS and tuberculosis, promotes the setting up of innovative initiatives and their reproduction in ERNA member RCRC National Societies (NSs) by adapting them to the need of local beneficiaries. The meeting was a great opportunity to share practices and ideas among international and local partners of the meeting, representing more than 20 Red Cross Red Crescent National Societies. It was decided to make a new strategy, Latvian Red Cross will also participate at its ellaboration process.
