Since 1 January 2019, the structural unit of the association “Latvian Red Cross”, “Latvian Red Cross Youth” implements project “BREATH[E] – Breathe to Be Happy”.

Project implementation period: 1 January 2019 – 30 September 2019

Objective: To facilitate mental health of 60 Latvian youngsters and improve their knowledge, to reduce stereotypes about the topic.

  • About youngsters’ depression
  • Panic?! Do I have vegetative-vascular dystonia?
  • I do not have time vs. professional procrastination
  • Meditation
  • Spreading of project results
  • Key results:

60 Latvian youngsters, age 15 to 30, will obtain knowledge about mental health;
5 informative events for youngsters on mental health topics;
Informative materials on mental health topics for youngsters.
Project organising team, LatLRCY volunteers will have developed different skills related to project organisation.
