Valka Committee Day Care Center “Valka” started its operation on 31 May 2021. The day care center provides social care and social rehabilitation services for adults with mental disorders. In the classes, clients have the opportunity to participate in handicrafts and work with pearls, paint, draw, create various original compositions, gifts from natural materials and secondary raw materials, as well as, observing the traditions of Latvian anniversaries, celebrate together.
